Cult of Vordakai

The Cult of Vordakai kidnaps and sacrifices people in the name of Vordakai. They hope one day that Vordakai will return to Illios, and start a second StarFall, and that service will be rewarded by being allowed entrance to Vordakai's domain.

The cult of Vordakai is spread across the land of Illios, they are heavily decentralized and often these cultist lead seemingly average lives in public, which makes them incredibly hard to find.
