Pandesh

Pandesh, also known as the Mouth of the World, is the highest mountain in the Pandesh, Mouth of the World" href="/w/ilarium-Hardiman12/a/threadspine-mountains-article">Threadspine Mountains, and the highest peak on the continent. For millennia it has been home to the sole remaining dragon on the continent, Alteryon, a silver dragon remaining from the rise of Vizden in the First Age.   Following the release of the dragonborn from the yoke of the Vizdania, they wandered north-west across the Windbreakers and through the Threadspines until they came upon Pandesh. Here they made their home and founded the City-State of Okarthel in the Arux Valley, only later discovering the dragon residing within the mountain.   High on the peak of the mountain lies a carving pre-dating the First Age. In its words lay a prophecy:
The child of grief will be nourished by the serpent's augury. Swallowed by the world to be raised by one, his family will increase to the heavens.   By his actions, lands will rise or fall, or will disappear forever. He will meet his kin when breaks the earth and the stone.
It was always assumed by the dragonborn and Alteryon that this would refer to a dragonborn. However, the half-elf Torinn was discovered as an abandoned baby in a cave by a dragonborn scouting party, who found the child cradled in the bosom of a Cuoatl. Seeing the scouts, the Cuoatl spread its wings and disappeared into the clouds. The child was brought to Pandesh, and was raised for decades within the stomach of the mountain by the dragon.
