Stickiness
Allows the consumer, or whatever touches the potion, to stick to surfaces!
Stickiness
Causes an area or affected entities to become sticky! Being sticky makes it so non-magical movement isn't possible for (Duration*Strength) turns rounded up.
Note: Affected entities can still attack, cast spells, and consume items; they just can't move via non-magical means. This works on inanimate objects as well!
