An old model Rooktek waste management robot gone Stray. The unit has adopted the name Doug from a patch on an old bomber jacket it has taken to wearing, and has become fixated on collecting valuable things; though what it defines as “valuable things” is often seemingly random junk and detritus. Every so often It may have something actually useful to trade. Doug can usually be found rummaging through trash, or haggling with vagrants over a rubber duck, or some such in the Old Harbor District of Rookland.

Oh wow, an RTC03 municipal janitorial unit; How retro! little guy must have been left behind when the old Harbor District was abandoned after the walls were completed. Which means...it must have been wandering around out there for over 50 years!
