Caligo Oppidium is a prosperous small county on the eastern edge of the Pearidor Empire. It is mostly a resort town for the wealthy and administrators of Pearidor.

A major tourist attraction the city of Caligo Oppidium is relatively unblemished by major constructions other than the quarries. A small constabualry keeps the peace and the local hotel Iucundus Aurae is a major tourist attraction. Several manor homes for vacationers are set up along the shores.

Tourists are often seen lining the beaches or sailing within the natural coves and calm seas of Caligo Oppidium. The unique mixture of Black and White Sand that seems to stripe the coast is what attracts the many tourists and vacationers.

White-Washed Brick and Plaster Buildings stand tall within the city center with bright terracotta shingles.

Geography
The entire county is quite flat. A small series of hills and valleys mark the edge that the county shares with its neighboring county, Gloomview.
Natural Resources
A large series of Limestone and Shale mines and quarries dot the inner areas of the county with a smaller portion of the community focusing on the good fishing and fairly fertile soil.
