Macreadus

A human sage, and devout follower of Lathander, and friend to Copper Knobberknocker. Macreadus, bound and determined to complete his work on a magical artifact called the Summer Star which he believed could end the Everlasting Rime, he ventured to the Black Cabin where he continued his experiments until one day, his device malfunctioned, killing him and incinerating his body.
With his work unfinished, his soul remained bound the Border Ethereal plane. One day, a group of adventurers stumbled upon the cabin and the device, which ended up killing 2 of the adventurers and trapping their souls to the same plane as Macreadus, where he was able to help them complete the device, allowing his soul to move on.
