Binding Site: Goreflower

The binding site created by Nehrakgu to draw power from the Negative Energy Plane to empower Goreflower.

History

Creation

When the hamlet Kalinda was raided by the Horn Breaker Herd, the warrior Dyrell was captured along with many hamletfolk. The Warchief Uram recognized his might, and slew him in single combat in the fighting ring at Ognin Okh. Uram was bade to bring his corpse to Nehrakgu, who used it to create the undead monstrosity Goreflower.
Goreflower was an inefficient vessel, made by intuition and not by study. An early work, it required a binding site to replenish the energy it leaked away.

The Battle at Ognin Okh

When the Orc Guard confronted Nehrakgu, he rose Goreflower and set it against them, In the ensuing battle Malak loosed an arrow which lodged itself in the core of Goreflower, causing a rift which ripped away the Orc Guard to the binding site.
At the binding site, they slew Goreflower's true form, ending the spell and beginning the dissolution of the site. Some time after this the site sunk into the mere of the plane, and was destroyed.
