Tavern: The Last Glass

Quirk: The last glass of the year is smashed at the close, carefully fixed that night, and displayed above the counter. There are currently 24 glasses.

Most expensive drink: Forget-me-shot. Con save DC 15 or be knocked out instantly.

Tavern Npcs:

1. A light-fingered elf sneaking extra drinks from the tap when the owner isn't looking.
2. An incredibly old human man giggling quietly to himself, staring at a glass of water.
3. A gnome slyly filling his glass from a hipflask.
4. A lone, sombre half-orc at the counter. Crack refills their glass wordlessly.
