Damn near perfect health and having been raised in strength and endurance from a young age before being recruited.

Benefits
Bravado: advantage against being frightened, but a disadvantage against being charmed.
Stoneborn Endurance: Due to the upbringing of those raised to join, they ignore the first level of exhaustion and the advantage on constitution saves.
