Carter Mining Company
Known only as a mining location by most. It's secretly a Watcher Containment location.
Purpose / Function
A cover for mass containment of things the Watchers feel should be contained and hidden from the public.

- 5 proboscis monkeys with no visible orifices at all but still seemingly alive. (Acquired from an abandoned lab )
- A cactus with a skeleton partially fused to its base. Any time a person approaches who can speak Common, it asks for water. No other words are spoken. (Acquired from a traveling novelty collector. Said to have gotten it from Ariz during a trip)
- A camel whose hump is basically a terrarium. If the hump is cut open, it slowly scars over. It contains an odd ambient light, maintaining the tiny ecosystem.
- Aquatic containment:
- An ambulatory human head that acts like a crab, moving with tendrils from the brain that come from a wound on the back of the head. (Acquired from a fishing trawler off the coast.)
- A goldfish dies once a day before resurrecting. (Thought to be in a loop)
- Humanoid containment
- People made of food. Most like their own taste. Average intelligence. Speak Common. Give food facts based on the food they're made of. (Found in the basement of Britain restaurant)
- A human named Steve claims to come from another world: jeans and a T-shirt. (Found wandering near the northern coast of Brita. Knew no languages upon containment. Now knows broken Common.)

- Ebony and black leather umbrella: Creates a dome around the user that deflects precipitation when opened and pointed up. It is recommended not to use it during heavy weather as it attracts lightning.
- Blue matches that trigger winter storms when struck
- Undamaged human skin. no decay. There is no internal structure. Just skin.
- A mop constantly dripping acid.
- Unstable object repository
- A washbasin that pulls clothes into itself, washes, folds, and places the items outside of itself. (Will do this even if the clothes are being worn. No bodies are found.)
- Phone sheep: Sheep made of phone cords and a head made of a rotary phone. It rings on occasion. Those who answer are offered a dream, and they can ask for specifics.) They then fall asleep for about 9 hours, waking up having experienced the ordered dream. (Only one allowed. Those who order more are driven to keep making orders, slowly turning into a phone sheep themself)
- "A few still listen to birds": Signs with the words. Anyone who looks at it for too long becomes obsessed with birds, understands birds, and does everything to act like birds in real life. (Found in Brita downtown after several people started shitting on various places, pecking food off the ground, and harassing people.)
