Telvor, the capital of the Bellor Empire , is a massive metropolis located at the heart of the empire. The city is divided into five distinct districts, each with its own unique culture, architecture, and economy.   Despite its stark economic and social divisions, Telvor is a vibrant and dynamic city that serves as the beating heart of the Bellor Empire . From its gleaming marble palaces to its bustling markets and crowded streets, it's a city of contrasts and contradictions that embodies the empire's complex and often fraught relationship with its non-human populations.

Districts

The White Palisades

Located at the heart of the city, is where the wealthy and powerful live. This district is dominated by the Bellorian Castle, a towering structure made of white marble that looms over the entire city. Many of the houses in this district are also made of the same white stone, giving the entire area a uniform and imposing appearance.  

The Streets of Cloth

As the name suggests, is a district primarily focused on textiles. This bustling market is filled with vendors selling all manner of cloth goods, from fine silks to sturdy woolens. The district is also home to many tailors and seamstresses, who provide custom clothing to the city's wealthy and elite.

The Market of Metal

A district focused on metalworking. Here, blacksmiths and armorers craft weapons, armor, and other metal goods for the empire's armies and the city's wealthy patrons. The market is also home to a number of jewelers and metalworkers who create intricate and beautiful works of art.

  A mostly residential area of the city, where the middle-class lives. This district is characterized by its lush gardens, parks, and public spaces. It's a quieter and more relaxed area of the city, and many of its residents value privacy and seclusion.  

The Skirts

  The outskirts of the city, where the lower classes live. This district is marked by its crowded and sometimes chaotic markets, where vendors sell cheap goods and services to the city's less affluent residents. The Skirts are also home to many of the city's laborers and craftsmen, who work hard to keep the city running.
