Hyrule

The Legend of Zelda has shown you many versions of the World of Hyrule. This one is different, as most of them are, while still holding many similarities.   Ganondorf arose 10 years ago. When he activated the Triforce of Power, calamity followed. Along with the rising of the armies of monsters to serve him, volcanos erupted, and the very ground shook under his feet.   His army attacked a world at peace, ill-prepared for war. The takeover was swift and decisive. The Gorons have fallen, becoming slaves or followers. The Hylians have become ruled by King Ganondorf, with Zelda as his wife. The Zora and Rito have all but been eradicated from the world.   Ganondorf's conquest is almost absolute. But he still hasn't found the two remaining pieces of the Triforce... there is still hope.   In this cycle, the Champion's soul has found not one, but five different people of Hyrule to inhabit. Five Links, that must find the shards of the Master Sword and become powerful enough as a group to take down Ganondorf before he finds the Triforce of Wisdom and rips the Triforce of Courage away from them.
