Warlord Arzgald (a.k.a. Skull Scrusher)
Arzgald is the warlord and leader of the Hammer Shriek War Band within the area of the Rueful Plains. He is a violent and ill tempered beast of a creature who is known to go into unreachable depths of rage and cruelty when it suits him. But for all his savagery he is an excellent tactician and a skilled warrior. He is called skull crusher for his love of caving in the skulls of his enemies with his massive war hammer. In his early years he was a godless savage who raided and pillaged all lands that he saw but once during a raid he found a cult that showed him the true meaning of cruelty, it was there that he pledged himself to their god a dark deity that promises infinite power for the price of spreading death and chaos throughout the land. Arzgald's soul was given as collateral to this dark god and from then on his blood lust was quelled replaced by an insatiable desire to commune with this god. Through his years of worship this god gave him many things, strong offspring that will one day conquer the world, a thriving and dominating war band that is threatening the very fabric of civilization, and mystical powers that can not be explained or stopped.

Personal history
Arzgald was born a strong and bold young orc, who would challenge any weak elders commands and beliefs this often put him in conflict with many of the tribe leaders and elders of the war band. By the time he was an adult to the warband he had already taken command of a fort and was waging a bloody raiding campaign against several regions within the Howllands. During his middle years he and his brothers Bolg and Urong waged gruesome conquest across the Howllands, and in this conflict they all gained holdings in various parts of the continent. Bolg carved out a patch of wilderness in the forzen badlands of The Frigid Waste, while Urong burrowed deep within the shadow caves and captured an ancient but strong dark elf fort. Arzgald went south west and claimed the north most region of The Rueful Plains for himself. And there he remains to this very day waging a constant war against the many territories that surround The Rueful Plains.
Education
Arzgald was trained by his father in combat and proved himself upon the battle field when he was young. He has since enhanced his fighting skill to the point where no orc is his equal.
Accomplishments & Achievements
His conquests and campaigns have given him a complex understanding of tactics and war strategies which make him one of the greatest military leaders of the age. These campaigns also served to grow his blood lust and hunt for power and domination.
Failures & Embarrassments
Arzgald was driven from his original war band in the Sunless Mountains by his father. He still feels a great bitterness and hate for those orcs.
