Haunted Crag

"I don't know how many times we have advised people to not to camp by the Haunted Crag. Every year there is someone who did not listen. A ragged survivor runs, screaming to the nearest patrol, weeping with tears and broken voice how their friends/servants/escorts/master had gone missing. The location in Crowald where the battle of Peasant Revolt of Amberline took place. Both the crag and the nearby river and forest are haunted by the deceased peasants. As a defensive measure, the King's Road that cuts across the Haunted Crag, is always kept lit with magical lamps and travelers are advised to not make camp there.
It is very common to find Ghost Iron in the cliffs and the nearby forest. Travelers are advised to not to explore The Black Forest near the haunted crag due to an alarmingly large presence of wood-wraiths. Every few years House of Acedia dispatches a group of monster hunters to hunt down wood-wraiths and collect Ghost Iron.
In addition to Ghost Iron, there are also some useful mushroom and herbs growing in the Haunted Crag, most commonly ones associated with death. The crag is also loved by crows that are drawn to Ghost Iron.
