It has over a hundred of the most beloved recipes in Simmeri culture, each of which is considered a work of art in its own right. Unfortunately, for those who wish to make these dishes, but are not of Simmeri heritage, will find there are no instructions on how to eat the meals. This has lead to those who wish to partake in these delicacies to reach out to any Simmeri they can find for help in deciphering the consumption of these confections, only to find them less then helpful as the majority of the race believes one should discover this on their own. A meal fully understood from your own efforts, in their minds, is the best meal one can have. People are still searching for answers.
Purpose
This collective of Simmeri confections is meant to be a share cultural experience throughout the Federation. It is a way for the Simmeri people to show the rest of their fellow citizens the beauty of their food, and thereby the beauty of the universe. To accomplish this it contains many of their greatest recipes, hand chosen by the grand chef themselves, Sildr. Despite the document containing in great detail how to make each dish, it lacks any form of instruction on how to consume them. This is purposeful, as discovery is part of the culinary process in Simmeri culture.
