Captain of the Spade
A flamboyant halfling who loves talking and shmoozing and is the captain of the Spade. In the words of the quartermaster of the Spade, he "Knows nothing about sailing and less about airships. As long as he keeps the airship funded, he can call himself whatever he likes."
He's aware of his own shortcomings and does what he can to keep the operation of the Spade smooth and without undo conflict.
