A series of exceptionally swift invasions helmed by the dragonborn of Qartagonia against the Palladian and Shanindar Empires that saw the rise of a new unified polity in Central Nioa. Following the success of the Bairshezid Insurrections, the Qartagonians began to expand rapidly, seizing territory in a series of waves over the course of 128 years. By 10 SE, they had control of the entire Niru River as well as the Marrow Desert, the Ghostdunes, and much of the Lower Shanindar. From 10-39 SE, they conquered the Mashiq, from the Blinding Cliffs to the Brazen Coast, as well as the Bashari Timberlands and the ancient territory of Chelmennia. From 39-76 SE, the Qartagonians were engaged in a bitter war with the last true Palladian provinces in Kanesh, eventually culmiating in the Siege of Iskendra in 76 SE. The Qartagonians were unable to take the city and were forced back to the Timberline at the edge of the Mashiq. However, they used this time to construct a fleet strong enough to rival the Palladian remnants. By 82 SE, they had seized the Palladian outposts in the Shattered Straits and in 85 SE, they captured the ports of Nejhur and several cities on the Lazuli Coast. Between 83-89 SE, the Qartagonians engaged with the Palladians in a series of naval battles, and crippled much of the Palladians' Sickle Islands fleet in 88 SE at the Battle of the Blazing Sea. In 89 SE, they crossed the Sea of Brass and began an assault on the Amber Coast. In 92 SE, they beseiged the critical port of Cape Amberfall, taking it in three short months. They continued to attack up and down the Féruladic coasts until they were defeated in two separate battles against the Solstician and the Éraladic navies. Still, the Qartagonians held onto the Cape, and pushed deeper inland until they were routed at the Battle of Bellacre in 128 SE, marking the end of Qartagonian expansion in Auloa.
