The Envoy is the geopolitical force that collects taxes from the secured territories in order to provide protection, civic rest, and municipal infrastructure. It is organized by the Council of Four Houses in Basal.

History

The Council of Four Houses deliberated a force to keep Basal and its newly secured territories safe during the Conquest. In doing so they attracted the newly destitute guards after the Declaration of Tranquility and formed the Envoy to keep alive the ideals of their forefathers and ensure the success of their legacy.
