The primary religious text in the Pantheon of Oros is The Book of Oros. It is a complete anthology of each deity’s individual book, as well as the creation story and other stories of the Pantheon. The Book of Oros is said to have been written by the Heralds themselves. The first copies were assembled and published by an early priesthood known as The First Men 7 centuries ago.

Shiddahr has worshippers from the races of men, dwarves, tieflings, and dark elves, but the largest group of worshippers are the orcs. Orcs have risen and fallen many times throughout the history of the world in the name of Shiddahr -- to do his bidding for him and expand his power. Siddahr is also worshipped by dark creatures and monsters throughout the world.
Worshippers of Shiddahr do not fear death. On the contrary, they believe it is the highest honor to be ushered to Mordun by Shiddahr himself. They do not chase death, per say, but when their time comes, they face it with bravery. Rituals include sacrifice (the larger the creature the better) and fire ceremonies, in which Siddahr’s symbol (a scythe) is burned into the skin.
They have a simplistic view of good and evil, believing that evil and destruction can never be suppressed fully. They believe in a prophecy of fire and doom that shall destroy the world someday, and the coming of a great evil being that will become the most powerful force in the universe.
