The primary religious text in the Pantheon of Oros is The Book of Oros. It is a complete anthology of each deity’s individual book, as well as the creation story and other stories of the Pantheon. The Book of Oros is said to have been written by the Heralds themselves. The first copies were assembled and published by an early priesthood known as The First Men 7 centuries ago.

Worshipers of Malsara are typically those who also worship Nasgar -- mostly within cultures of war. Malsara is called upon during battle to fuel the passion in every soldier, giving them strength and fire to wipe out the enemy.
There are small cults of dark wizards who call upon Malsara for dark magic, such as cursing an enemy or past lover out of vengeance. These cults exist in secrecy and are not well-received by popular culture. Malsaran cultists can be identified by a small red flame tattoo somewhere on the body, usually on the chest or back to remain hidden to the public eye.
Worship includes prayer before battle and fire ceremonies. In dark magic, blood is used as a sacrifice to call upon Malsara’s dark, vengeful spirit.
