Vigilant Criminal Threat Level
System devised by the Vigilant Roundtable as a way to determine the threat level of a target or unknown variant. If they were determined to be dangerous to overall society they will later be bestowed a 'wanted position'. Their ranking also helps in informng operatives or watchers in what level they need to be in order to pursue. The level/ranking are:
- E- Low tier criminals that aren't all that important in the grand scheme of things and in most cases they dont posses any special abilities or tools. Most subjects Vigilant put under this position tend to be thugs or henchmen who are associated with actual threats.
- D- Basic criminals with limited capabilities in magic and special weaponry that put them on the radar of Vigilant though they aren't to high up due to their docile nature and low strength.
- C- Mid tier threats who actively go against the rules established by the Round Table and Magic Society.
- B- Major criminals with connections to major crime networks and powers capable of at least harming strong mystical beast.
- A- High profile targets that posses imene power that can rival spirits. As for the criminals they tend to be akin to terrorist given to their actions tending to lead to massive amount of property damage and loss of life.
- S- God level beings or individuals with tremdous power or potential that if realized would be capable of eradicating entire cities or even countries. Most spirits that were viewed as gods tend to fall under this category since almost nobody can handle them. Also, most of the S level threats can only be dealt with by Head Director and Arch level operatives.
Purpose
Identify potential treats to the world's safety and maintain the illusion of a normal world.
