Noctis Curse

The cursed disease responsible for the creation of the Noctis race.

Transmission & Vectors

Mixing your blood with those of an infected high tier Noctis and then said infected blood making its way through the victim's body to slowly mutate it.

Treatment

If the victim was recently infected it might be possible to try to perform transfusion and charge their body with wild aether that matches sunlight an attempt to remove or sterilize the curse blood to prevent it from fully converting the host. Though once the host completely transforms there is no cure that can save change them back.

Prognosis

1. First the cursed blood travels through the body an attempt to slowly manipulate the host dna to better feed off the body.
2. The host body then begins to slowly grow weaker as it begins to reject both its actual blood and then after five to ten minutes later it body fails and dies.
3. From here the host body stays dead as its cells slowly deconstructs as its cells are consumed by the virus, or the virus begins to finish the conversion process and eventually the host heart begins to jump start itself.
4. By then the virus takes control of the host mind and begins to manipulate it to consume more flesh and the life blood others to quickly replenish the nutrients the host body lost. At this point they're referred to as low tier Noctis and mentally speaking they act like wild animals in state of constant hunger.
5. After awhile if the host took poorly to the virus then there mutations begin to freakishly tear itself apart and become freaks of nature that still poses low intelligence. To those who transformed gracefully they become high tier Noctis where they slowly regain their sanity and their initial appearance with some minor tweaks.
