An unknown serial killer who has appear sparing across history killing key figures and powerful figures among the paranormal communities. The reasoning or purpose behind them is rather unknown, with no files present to explain his history or motivations.
Threat Level: B, as a high profile killer capable of slaying major members of powerful races. Though, they do appear to be rather selective with their targets, resulting in their lower position.

- Embodiment of Shadows: From reports and files written by members of Lookout, those who managed to observe the man and keep their lives swear that this man was able to submerge himself into the metaphysical darkness itself. In this state he has been describe to be completely immune to all attacks thrown at him.
- Bag of Holdings... So of Speak: Some accounts have stated that he seems to be able to pull weapons and objects seemingly out of thin air. Leading some of us to believe that he stores them in his shadows.
Apparel & Accessories
Wields black cloaks and robes that cover most of his body and white skull like mask.

Personal history
First sighting was in 1847, where he was spotted and describe to be the one who assassinated the Elven leader of the Oregon nest. The elves of the region refuse to go into detail regarding the event even to their future partners of Vigilant, so we know little about this other then the event itself and the killer's description matching the subject of discussion.
There have been sightings here or there that match the appearance but only led to many believing to be random ghost sightings. The next major sighting of was him being confirmed to have been the assassination of the former head of the North America Vigil branch in 1956. Later reported to have also slain the former Asian head during a raid in 1998.
