A group of Noctis that work directly under the alpha Vein, serving as her personal muscle when she herself is too busy or preoccupied to carry out her grand schemes. Though, rumors have it that they aren't really that loyal to the supposive high queen and only follow her for her strength and end goal aligning with their inherit desire to place themselves at the top of the food chain.

History

In the past Noctis didn't really group up in fear of in fighting between members for food and territory that would arise between newborns who have yet to reign in their impulses and the elders who don't want to share their power. However, with the hunts getting worse and worse with every generation, many high tier Noctis begrudgingly created an alliance between each other as a way to defend one another from hunters. THis system actuall worked for some time as it enableed them to maintain a stable population no matter how many times hunters destroy Noctis nest everywhere on the globe. Than the World War's came about and descended the world into a pool of blood and their population being at its largest ever, but this wouldn't last long as this was when Vigilant expanded across the planet and began using their resources to take on the Noctis threat, even successfully killing the head of the clan. After this major setback the group was slowly falling apart due to most of their higher ups either slain, captured, or abandoned their post, resulting in the organization falling into obscurity in the span of a few decades. However, in recent years a new Noctis named Vein made her debut as an alpha class Noctis and proceeded to consume and put as many people under her thumb as possible. The group still plans to warp the world to better suit their race, but under her regime it seems to be that she would rather have fun than strengthen her race's global power.
