Philemon
Philemon is an ancient gnomish wizard who looks closer to death than his undead charges. As he tells it, when he was young, he
and his cronies got it into their heads to create a band. A lot of dreams were dreamt and promises made. Things seemed to be on theright track, but, as many young musical groups do, barely a week into their first tour the group imploded.
Disgusted by how his friends treated one other, Philemon made adecision. He would create a new group and this one would never fall apart due to petty squabbles. Not only did he want a newgroup, but he wanted a harder edged sound to express himselfin a truly visceral way.And so, the band Rest in Pieces was formed.
Philemon’s years of touring has given him a keen eye and sense for talent in the odd, strange, and mundane individuals he meets. He has a knack for making the abnormal seem normal and putting the talent at ease.He says he’ll never retire, that it didn't agree with him, and that heis here to stay to experience all the Caravan has to offer. His employees certainly hope what he says is true.

Philemon In The Campaign
Philemon is an Underboss in the Caravan. This means he is responsible for all the Caravan citizens who are members of the performing arts. He gives the roles, responsibilities, and tasks each member is expected to complete to earn their keep.
Philemon has no authority over Carmelia's Dark Circus. She and he have a very cordial relationship, however. There is no jealousy or hard feelings regarding this division of labor. Both parties understand they are better suited to manage their own affairs than the other.
