To find Woodmen in the County of Herrir is a rare thing - Few make their way from their home in Mirkwood to this unimportant part of Gondor. As a consequence, these people are seen as strange, foreign and suspicious. Their poor understanding and usage of Common Speech ensures that they have little opportunity to correct this view.
