Ohtar
As a professional, Ohtar has been responsible for the technical conduct of Sieges, the Construction of Fortifications (permanent and temporary), replacing bridges destroyed by raider, army or weather and undertaking various works on the highways to allow passage of the Kings' Troops.
Ohtar had, previously, been in the employ of the King of Gondor - but had wearied of the role and sought to retire to the country. In a fit of anger, the King permitted him to do so in the most remote part of the Kingdom of Gondor that he could find. He was gifted, as his residence, a plot that had been derelict as a result of a long-running law-suit that had seen the land end up in the hands of the court. As was his wont, Ohtar rebuilt the plot in the style of a Gondorian town-house - making the building the newest and most splendid in Count's Yardham.
