Elf
The County of Herrir has never been at the centre of the Elf world. As a consequence , Elves are rare and remembered creatures. when they have visited the affairs of the inhabitants.
The entire district of the Nan Lefnui can muster less than a dozen Elf residents - and these are not the great captains of legend but the lesser agents normally found in their followings wending their individual paths through the wild spaces. And nearly all of these are Wood-Elves. Ehanwe (a Sindar who was born in Numenor) is resident in Saerthondost.
