The Grey Company Story
A "West Marches" style game, where a rotating cast of players determines which adventure they would like to follow. Ran in an episodic format, players are able to join in or skip games depending on their availability. In short, we have more friends who we all wish to game with than we do free time. This format should allow us to game with folks based on their availability!The Setting
The game is focused upon the Grand Barony of Nordland, within The Empire. At the start of the game, the City of Salt and Silver: Salzenmund is the base of operations for the game. The Grey Company is a mercenary company, under the command of The Colonnello. All player characters will nominally become members of the company, which serves as the uniting bond for this game. As of Chapter 2, The Grey Company is under contract to Grand Baron Theoderic Gausser in the Grand Barony of Nordland.The game system mechanics

Company Rules
- Your oath is to The Grey Company, The Colonnello worries about the contract.
- The Colonnello's word is the law.
- Anyone may challenge to become The Colonnello of the company. This is resolved by single combat and is to the death.
