The Night Prophets

The Night Prophets are mysterious figures found deep in the Lower Dregs who collect and lead processions of wretches who have lost their minds as a result of experiencing The Lightless Chill. They often appear in tales and stories as a way of frightening children into behaving. Whether they actually exist is up for speculation.
