The Night Prophets prowl the Lower Dregs with entourages of the depraved. Their low whispers proselytising to those who would seek to draw their attention. It is said that they speak of The Lightless Chill, that when you gaze upon the blackest sky the lightless truth will be revealed to the deepest recesses of your soul.
