Lower Dregs

The Lower Dregs are the areas below a city that have long ago fallen into ruin and have since been built upon again. The Lower Dregs are intertwined with sewers, garbage dumps and tree roots creating a maze of jumbled, crumbling, decay festering beneath the streets.
