Heroes and Villains

Are you a Hero? Villain? Damsel? Sidekick? Henchperson? Or perhaps you're simply an ordinary civilian. Since the discovery of the Powered Mutation the world has fallen into a structure meant to keep those who would use their abilities for ill in check.   Heroes have organized to become The United Order of Heroes, but Villains have done the same to create The League of Villains to stand in opposition to the UOH.   But worry not, if you have no powers with which to protect yourself! The Heroes are here to help you. They will protect you. And if they cannot, the UOH will pay for damages/funeral costs.   There is no timeloop. There are no destroyed timelines. This is not timeline C. Everything is fine.
