Chapter 02: Core Gameplay loop

The Heroes for Hire, Local Branch repeat the cycle of the franchise. Find jobs, search for info, execute contracts. Also opportunities to shmooze, explore, Philanthropy, HQ modifications, etc. Also, sprinkled in some story lore here and there to help paint the big picture.
Players will have to Scrutineer, Schmooze, and Explore to find more quests. In addition, they can run the Franchise itself, but incoming lore will be very limited.
