Yabin
Or new Yabin, has long been an important city to the Kathara and Karith alike. Yabin used to, earn it's living due to its location, as a stopping point for travelers and fertile soil, and the great number of Striders that would venture out from Yabin into the blistering sands to discover it's lost wonders. This all changed during the Harrow storm 7 years ago, for after the storms passing did 3 great nexus points suddenly appear from the sands, channeling great streams of magic, allowing for the harvest of the precious moon drops, it did not take long before Yabin was no longer a mere satellite of Rashim, but now an important hub of trade and transport for precious Moon Drops
Defences
The City's defended by a fortress which houses members of the The Radiant Guard and a few Sentinel constructs. They a mainly there to work as proactive force, from which the cities patrol report to if issues arise.
Industry & Trade
The Settlement has always a trade mainly related to food and water from the oasis, but also Nutmeg, which it either sells as spices or perfumes.
Though in these days it's vital trade is the extraction of Moon Drops:
The tree sites, the crystalline tree, guild Ramar has control over this area, the tree grows crystalline fruits, though they cannot be matched to any local growth, these fruits are then taken to the refinery to be processed into moon drops.
The Second site is the upflowing river, a small spring sees water continually and abnormally slow flow into the air, the water sprouts about 30 feet into the air, before it begins to dissipate, the water is from the top of the spring is harvested with great care, for anybody who directly touches the spring is immediately transmuted to a liquid and joins the process. This is then transported to a refinery. The city is controlled by Yamar.
The Third site is humming flower, from here a single dewdrop can be harvested each morning, and then refined into a moonstone. This site has been hotly contested by the guilds, and so far remains under juristiction of the Local Ardent
Guilds and Factions
Two Major Guilds located in Yabin, each of which specialize in the moon drop extraction, each holds control over a nexus point, with the third currently being hotly contested between them, while the court holds control over it until the case has been ruled out.
