The Founding of Helstav

Founding

The city of Helstav is founded. The First Constitution of Helstav is signed.

After the events of the War of the Elder Races, as the Tarrasque was once again imprisoned underneath Helstav by the Order of the Oaken Tree, the city of Helstav was created over the artefact. The Order of the Oaken Tree was formed by the Maraloi Tribe and the Hammers of Moradin to watch over the artefact, to prevent the beast from ever getting out.   The major founders of Helstav are the Elves Parthar Daywood, Endien Calen, Zaos Aldaron, and Avae'ess Elladyr, as well as the Dwarves Tor Forgeslapped, Brian Blessed (later referred to as Brian Blessed 1st), Kerim Beerbringer, and Agrin Pebblepounder.
