Vistrar of Gastranrar

The Vistrar are a unique and mysterious people, living on the isolated island city of Gastranrar far to the north of Great Forbin. The Vistrar are known for their ability to fly, thanks to the large wings that sprout from their backs. This gift has set them apart from the other peoples of Helerin, both physically and culturally.

The Vistrar have always been a reclusive people, and the arrival of the newcomers has done little to change this. They remain largely isolated on their island, rarely venturing beyond their homeland. When they do, it is often for specific purposes—diplomacy, trade, or exploration—and their visits to the northern settlements of Helerin are infrequent and brief.
The Vistrar maintain their own culture and traditions, largely untouched by the outside world. They are a people of the sky, viewing themselves as separate from the earthbound races. This sense of separation has only deepened since the newcomers' arrival, reinforcing their desire to remain apart from the conflicts and changes sweeping across the archipelago.
