Veshar Urond

Veshar Urond is a former Terosian naval captain who fell from favour during the War of Salvation. He has since become a smuggler.
A shrewd and reclusive man, Urond has taken up residence within the crumbling walls of the Tower of Surmandin on Leviathan Bay. With only a handful of followers, Urond has begun refitting the tower for his own purposes.
