Lenshanir Orfinn
Captain Lenshanir Orfinn leads the Harbour Guard in the city of Argonsa. His force guards the dock, and patrols the waters near the city, ensuring the safe arrival of trading vessels and the defence of Argonsa’s docks.
Orfinn is thoroughly corrupt, skimming off money from harbour levies and taking bribes.
