Dalkanass Derikeen

Commander Dalkanass Derikeen leads the City Guard in the city of Olnath.
While the Guard is nominally independent of Forbin's direct control, in practice, Derikeen's officers are tasked with menial and non-critical tasks, and no real responsibility. The Peacekeepers under the cruel Captain Orran hold the whip hand.
Derikeen is embittered about the diminished role of his troops, and about the occupation of Teros more generally. He is a senior figure in the Homelanders.
