Chettan Talorr is the leader of the Sailors' Guild in the Terosian capital, Olnath.
Talorr is a vocal and violent agitator who loves to stir up trouble. While the Guild is frequently in conflict with local merchants, ship owners, and dock workers, Talorr is as likely to pick fights with other members.
