The God of War

(a.k.a. “The Old Warrior”)

Oderung, God of the War Domain, rules over Hemslak and is the Patron of soldiers and warriors. He is said to appear as a grizzled old man with long grey hair and beard.

Oderung has two Heralds: Kembra, the Herald of Battle and Sigra, the Herald of Victory.

Oderung is pitched in perpetual battle in Hemslak, aided by those warriors who showed great courage in conflicts on Helemra and who chose to travel to his plane after death. They fight against those who displayed cowardice in war; souls doomed never to rest.

Celebrations memorializing important battles of the past will generally be held in Oderung’s name and Odefet on Ernt 19th is the feast day specifically celebrating him.

Divine Goals & Aspirations

Oderung wants nothing more than to build his army in Hemslak, spend the day slaughtering Helemra’s cowardly dead, and then feast the night away.
