The written Law and Code of Conduct that binds the civilized groups of Vampyre Men.
It is a five-hundred page codex written on Vellum and written in black blood. The joined Blood of the Progenitors of the Dumare Vampyre Tribe, the Estreaei Vampyre Tribe, and the Baoravi Vampyre Tribe. To be as a pact between the three Tribes of Noptnascur or "Nightborn" in their tongue of Vyric.
The books contents pertain to the history of the Vampyre, the Laws meant to govern them. And the Codes of Conduct that ensure their survival.

Clauses
The Books first five chapters enlighten on the history of Vampyres. The next five list the laws that the Vampyres must abide by, and the consequences of breaking them. And the last five pertain to Customs and Codes of Conduct. Among humans and among other Vampyres.
