Gnomes (Gnomish: Ihmiset) are beings of short stature that inhabit the islands of Sijmen Sur (Ulnosti Wythian: Crasmere Isle).

History

How the ancestors of the Gnomes came to reside on Sijmen Sur is unknown. Some Imperial scholars speculate that Gnomes are descended from the Elves, the surviving remnant of some ancient migration from Eastwythe before the forest's fall.¹
