Elves

The Elves are one of the oldest and most enduring races of Wythe. They were borne of the ancient forests of Eastwythe (referred to by the Elves as Katumasir), to which their race bears an instrinsic and nigh-unescapable bond. Long-lived and reserved, the vast majority of Elves remain inside the borders of Eastwythe, although Elven individuals and ethnic groups can be found as far as Sevnónicha and the Lagonan Empire. The largest group of non-Wythian Elves, the Zanzeeri, live as nomadic herders among the bountiful Gimirrayan steppe south of Guarda Lagona.
