The Grand Treaty

This treaty was created to bring The Great Wychmyr-Kharst War to a close. It was signed by delegates from both sides on the planet Uroshan as the Uroshan Sovereignty was a neutral party to the war.
Each party came to Uroshan and debated terms at length, during this time there were still several small-scale skirmishes happening throughout the galaxy. Once the terms had been settled on, a video was filmed of the Uroshan arbitrator stating the terms of the deal first in Uroshan, then in the languages of each delegation and then each delegation agreeing to those terms in turn. Most copies of the recording are copies of copies of copies as the original was only copied once for each delegate.
The Council of Peace was created to enforce the terms of the treaty.
