WAWA Update - Round 2!

I've been shortlisted into the top 5 in the Best Newcomer category! That's amazing! Thank you to everyone that flung a vote in my direction, it means the world to me :D

I've been hard at work behind the scenes to create things that will boost my world and tie a lot of it together. I've already created the outline for the first novel that takes place within the world of Havenguard, as well as starting work on the creation of an interactive 3D map that can be delved into and explored.

If you like what I'm up to and want to see what my brain can spew out, just throw another vote in for Havenguard under the Best Newcomer category for the second round of votes! Of course, it's also a great opportunity to check out what amazing work everyone has been putting their energy into so be sure to check out all of the categories!

WAWA - Round 1

I created my World Anvil account last summer to participate in the Summer Camp. It's the first time I had taken up creative writing on any structured level. Usually I let the ideas float around in my mind then dissipate into the void, but now, I have a place to store them all and inflict them upon others!

For the coming year, I have a personal goal to start work on a novel of my own and I'm looking forward to stumbling my way through ~75000 words of structured prose to hopefully have something that can be considered enjoyable at the end of it. It feels like a lofty goal but an achievable one.

The category I feel that fits best currently is the Best Newcomer category. Having gone from zero words written to almost 40k while taking part in the Summer Camp and World Ember events. All while managing to maintain full-time work as well as another creative passion of mine which is creating silly video games (You can check some of those out here!).
