Revised Cyphic Numerals

Revised cyphic numerals were introduced in the Tightish Empire to replace the less practical cyphic numerals used throughout western society.
The main benefits of the new system were the fact that even numbers were quickly identifiable based on the usage of circle-segments, two having a single upper semi-circle, four having two three-quarter circles, six having an upper semi-circle and a lower full circle and eight two full circles.
The system removed the circular elements from odd numbers and was extended to twenty single-digit numbers to accommodate base-16 numeral systems, as had become widespread, without having to resort to letters.
A further curiosity is the diagonal line, the only line that is never seen mirrored in all numerals. This diagonal is of equal length to the vertical line.

Also note the diagram at the bottom of a typical 16-segment display and it's dimensions.
