Rigphin (rig-fin)
the Beast Within, the Fiend
"It was a being beyond comprehension but the human corpse it held in its hand, that I understood." --Visions of the Beast Within by Yotomri.
Divine Domains
Rigphin is the god of hatred, spite, violence, visera, vice, rugby, and bones. It is often thought to be the oldest of the gods. Myths say that Rigphin’s body is filled with every dark thought and intention that mortals feel, that their skin is the stitched together scalps of every murder victim in history, and their skull is a tightly packed and precisely shaped mound of cocaine.
Holy Books & Codes
Yotomri the Pitied penned the nearest thing to a "holy text" that Rigphin can be said to had--Vision of the Beast Within. Yotomri was tormented throughout his life with dreams and "visitations" from Rigphin. Unlike others who suffered from this, however, Yotomri never became a (known) serial killer. Instead he recorded his decent into madness in painstaking detail. This tome, all 14,673 pages of it, was published posthumously by his sister in 367 GV.
Much of the writing is simply incomprehensible ramblings but some of it actually provided great insight into how Rigphin pushed people into these dark actions and even some of his motivations. This information was actually used many years later to found the Talons.
Tenets of Faith
Rigphin is the least popular god to be sure, and has no dedicated clergy--at least none that proclaim themselves as such. As such, he cannot be said to have much in the way of edicts or anathema aside from, perhaps, "do violence".
Most famously, Rigphin lays claim to the worship of serial killers who ALL leave the mark of Rigphin over the body of the victim. Some theorize that these individuals may be possessed by Rigphin.
Holidays
Rugby is the official sport of the Vaylian Republics and is popular in greater Vaylia as well. There's a celebration called la Festio de Calcio hosted by a different Vaylian city every 3 years on a rotation wherein teams representing each state participate. This festival's opening ceremony always asks for Rigphin's blessing. To do this, a ram is sacrificed in a brutal manner-- it is tied down and de-boned while still alive and the bones are used as part of kindling for the ceremonial fire.

On Alignment
Though my tables will never observe strict alignment adherence, there are those who find knowing what alignments are common among a god's followers can be useful for roleplaying a faithful. For Rigphin, it should go without saying that the only suitable alignments are neutral evil, chaotic evil, and chaotic neutral.
