Valferan

Valferan is the self-proclaimed goddess queen of Shadowfell, a claim that is disputed by many. She is the creator of the original vampires, a creation she considers flawed due to their excessive predatory instincts. Due to this she is considered to be the matron goddess of the more civil of vampire kin.
